I felt VERY weak this day. I really need to get more consistent with my training and especially with mobility and stretching. I was at a new gym today. It is perfect. No mirrors, plenty of good equipment and weights. The bars could have been better, but it's not much to complain about with a place that gets almost everything right. I need to sign up with these guys and get in there consistently.
