*tweaked a muscle in my low back so I quit. my right triceps muscle has a bit of dull pain right now but I'm sure it's not anything big

3 sets of 10 with 15 seconds rest
*felt tired, especially in my shoulders, so I quit

I tore the velcro clean off my EFS heavy wrist wraps so I had to go to my shorter Inzer ones. Going to have to wait until next week to replace them.

This was just a bad idea. I'm gonna ease up on the squats and really try to get my bench to 400 over this cycle. I think I'm just beating myself up. I've already got a 10 lbs PR without wraps, so I'll just ride that for awhile.
