This felt alright. My right quad is tight tho. I think I'm going to stick to nightly walking for awhile until my weight comes out of the stratosphere. The weight loss will come from better eating while the walking will improve my work capacity and just generally get me moving more. All good things. Lifting will come in due time, earlier if the scale is going down but the mirror isn't getting better.
