Skipped the cardio again. Bench press went well, though. For once in my life, I'm excited about dead lift tomorrow. From the input I've received, I have a few form issues that I hope to correct. I plan to go up to 495.

I felt like hell today so I skipped the cardio. My hamstrings are still sore and I think they contributed to the knee pain. This 5:30 AM training will take some getting used to.
