I was frustrated at my poor performance and decided to just head home. Maybe I need to de-load or something... but I honestly don't think I've been doing enough work to warrant that.

Skipped the cardio again. Bench press went well, though. For once in my life, I'm excited about dead lift tomorrow. From the input I've received, I have a few form issues that I hope to correct. I plan to go up to 495.

*knee was bothering me so I skipped the down sets

I felt like hell today so I skipped the cardio. My hamstrings are still sore and I think they contributed to the knee pain. This 5:30 AM training will take some getting used to.
