WARMUP

SPEED SQUAT (double choked minis with fat fripz)

6 sets of 3 @ 275 lbs bar weight

Brutal. I'm beat up from the past two weeks and I started to think I was sick after I got there. Confirmed. Feel like crap! On the bright side, the wedding is tomorrow!!

That's all we had time for. Cam is still improving and I think we're gonna have to take the box away on Friday because he's leaning onto his toes when he comes up.
My squats felt heavy with the bands at first but it felt lighter as the sets went. Not sure why. I think next week will be something similar, perhaps a bit heavier. We will get a lot of accessory done on Friday, for sure.

1 board went well today. It was a little hard on my left forearm and right shoulder, but not bad. Cam's form is coming along well and we're getting to the point where I think he can start taking some heavier weight. Next Monday I'll probably cut the weight back and work on form. I'm getting beat up a little and I need to stay healthy.
