What can I say? 475 was an absolute grinder. Off the floor it was horrid. My hamstrings were REALLY feeling the pressure. I'm hoping to get some feedback from people who know sumo. The video will be posted on YouTube shortly.

Not bad today. Ian wanted to do some band work, so I figured why not. I kept my elbow sleeves on and my elbows were fine the whole time and still are. Dead lifts tomorrow.

Bodyweight check: 306 lbs.
Squats went well. I can tell I have poor work capacity, but reps will help correct that. Cardio was boring, as it should be. I think I'm down 5-10 lbs. from last time I weighed on that scale which may have been a month or two ago, I don't remember. It's good to see I'm only about 15 lbs. away from my goal weight.
