My right biceps tendon finally loosened up. I found the spot in the side/back of my neck that was TIGHT and got it worked out (with the help of my lovely wife). I was amazed at how fast all my sets were tonight. I deviated from my plan because my arms just felt better than they have in months.

Not a bad session tonight. I have got to get my neck/shoulders/arms worked on soon so my biceps stop flaring up. In the mean time, it's just gonna be massaging it whenever I can and lots of liniment.
