Another PR is a good thing. Tomorrow I'll be squatting up to my opener with wraps and then going down to 405 or so for some doubles.

My hamstrings were still sore when I went in and I've been feeling like crap lately. I think I have a bit of a "summer cold" or something. Hopefully I can still be 100% come meet time.
