Day 2, 2 weeks out from NASA meet

Brian met me at the rec and wrapped my knees for practice. The 515 is my opener and was cake in the knee wraps and I'm really pumped to see what I can do with them at my current strength level. Bench press opener on Monday then it's time to rest up!

M/E DEAD LIFT

I just wanted to get a feel for where I needed to be as far as an opener goes. I think I'm going to open at 475, then go 515, then if I'm on track for the total PR, I can push it on the last attempt. I haven't really dead lifted much the whole cycle, so I'm not going to complain if I don't PR on it.
