up to 385 for 2 singles, then up to 455 for a single with the slingshot

TRICEPS PUSHDOWNS
4 sets of 10, ascending weight, 1 minute rest

I'm going to do my test days two weeks earlier in order to accommodate my work schedule. I will test my bench most likely on Thursday the 1st and squat on Friday the 2nd.
