BENCH PRESS
up to 315+50 lbs chain for 3 sets of 3, then 405 and 455 with the slingshot, then a miss at 505.

MACHINE ROWS
4 total sets, 2 20% drop sets

Planned to squat but didn't have the energy. My neck is a little tight but I'm trying to get it to loosen up before bed. Wednesday I'll squat.
