Squat

Still slogging along. I need to be in the gym 5 or 6 days a week so that is starting today. My right hip was very tight as usual but I think higher frequency will help mitigate that.

SQUAT
135 x 10
225 x 5
315 x 5
405 x 3
455 x 2 for 3 or 4 sets

Hip was too tight so I left.
