M/E SQUAT (PR by default, knee wraps)

Day 2, 3 weeks out from NASA meet

WARM UP

SQUAT
135x5, 225x3, 315/405x1 (add knee wraps) 455/495/525x1

Wrapping my own knees SUCKS! I wrapped for the first set standing up and really sucked. Then I sat down and wrapped for the other two and I was fine. I'm also using the standard start-from-the-bottom-and-work-up-then-fold-the-top-in wrap style.

Opener will be 515, second attempt 555, third attempt 585.
