BENCH PRESS
45x5, 135x3, 185/225/275/315/365x1, (added slingshot) 365/405/425/455x1
*tweaked a muscle in my low back so I quit. my right triceps muscle has a bit of dull pain right now but I'm sure it's not anything big

TRX ROWS
3 sets of 10 with 15 seconds rest
*felt tired, especially in my shoulders, so I quit

I tore the velcro clean off my EFS heavy wrist wraps so I had to go to my shorter Inzer ones. Going to have to wait until next week to replace them.
