Day 2, 2 weeks out from NASA meet

WARM UP

SQUAT
135x5, 225x3, 315/405x1, (added knee wraps) 455/495/515x1

Brian met me at the rec and wrapped my knees for practice. The 515 is my opener and was cake in the knee wraps and I'm really pumped to see what I can do with them at my current strength level. Bench press opener on Monday then it's time to rest up!
