45x5, 135x3, (added doubled monster mini bands) 135x2, 160/210/250/300x1, (took off bands), 385/385/385/385x1
*bands added between 100 and 120 lbs at the top

Dumbbell Bench
85 lbs. for 5 sets of 10
*this wasn't my idea, haha

Not a bad night. I paused the last couple sets of 385 and they went well. I hope that's a good sign for the meet.
