45/135x5, 225/315x1, (added belt and wrist wraps) 365/405/455x1, (added comp wraps) 515x1, (rev mini bands, sans knee wraps) 545x2
*bands took of WAY too much weight, we had them looped over the rack took off about 110 at the bottom.
MACHINE LEG PRESS

Tried out the Slingshot wraps tonight. They seemed to work well. They're definitely as tight as the 3-lines are, but obviously don't have nearly as much coverage. I think they're going to be good for me though for now because 515 wasn't a problem.
I realized I only have 5 total weeks left until the meet, so I had to change the week number.
