I've finally given up on just pushing my arm when it hurts like it does. This type of thing just drives me insane. I hate having these "pseudo-injuries" that are just enough to keep me from doing what I like. I had zero motivation to go in tonight knowing what I had on the schedule. Once this gets to feeling better, I'll go back to my original plan. For now, I'm hoping that one pressing session per week will allow it to heal sufficiently.
