Squat

I'm committing to the calorie reduction. I had a light supper tonight and plan to keep it *very* restricted tomorrow.

That's it. I felt sick to my stomach a bit tonight so I'm hoping some extra sleep tonight will help. The main thing is I need to LOSE WEIGHT AND STOP BEING LAZY AND EATING SO MUCH. STOP!!! I have plenty of motivation, I just need to channel it properly.
