45x20, 135/185x5, 225/275x3, (add 2 board) 315/365x2, 405x1 (missed second rep)

TRICEPS PUSHDOWNS/FACE PULLS/BICEPS CURLS
3 x 10

Hit it pretty hard today. The first rep at 405 was slow and the second one just wouldn't lock out. I'm not sure if the strength just wasn't there, my form was off, I'm just getting used to this early workout stuff, or I was just having a bad day. The next 2 weeks will be 1 board singles. WOO HOO!
