That's all we had time for. Cam is still improving and I think we're gonna have to take the box away on Friday because he's leaning onto his toes when he comes up.
My squats felt heavy with the bands at first but it felt lighter as the sets went. Not sure why. I think next week will be something similar, perhaps a bit heavier. We will get a lot of accessory done on Friday, for sure.
