Bodyweight check: 306 lbs.

Squats went well. I can tell I have poor work capacity, but reps will help correct that. Cardio was boring, as it should be. I think I'm down 5-10 lbs. from last time I weighed on that scale which may have been a month or two ago, I don't remember. It's good to see I'm only about 15 lbs. away from my goal weight.
