up to 275 for 4 sets of 3, then 315 and 335 for singles
*all sets with 50 lbs of chain
This wiped me out. Gotta be more time-efficient in the gym though because the sessions are long and gonna get longer as we're getting more guys in the gym. Definitely a good thing.
