Day 1 week 9

WARM UP

STRONG BAND BOX SQUAT
45x5, (add strong band) 45/135/185/225/315/365/405x2
*bands add about 200 lbs. I think
*PR

Post-workout food:
footlong Subway melt, chocolate milk, orange juice

No accessory work. Putting away all that weight by myself (especially the 120 lbs. dumbbells) when I'm fatigued is bad enough. I'm no cardio queen, ya know.
Chris is still sick.
One of my coworkers has expressed some interest in joining us in the gym. She won't be starting until after finals week (week 7 on the schedule). She has some experience in the weight room and it will be exciting to have another person on the crew.
